first trip

We like to have "family adventures" as often as possible. Anything can be an adventure. We'll say to Quinn, "Do you want to go on an adventure?? On a grocery store adventure???" And he's suddenly dying to go. We go on adventures to find tractors almost daily. He's obsessed. Anyways, yesterday we went on a temple adventure. :) We took our boys to visit the Manti Temple for the first time. Quinn had a great time smelling all the flowers and walking up and down the hill. Max was just happy to be included in the fun. As we left Quinn started yelling, "Find 'nother temple! Find 'nother temple adventure! Pweeease??" We pacified him by getting ice cream and nutter bars and the boys, once again, made ridiculous messes of their carseats. I especially liked how Max crumbled his nutter bar down to just peanut butter and chocolate and then rubbed it all over his feet. It was a good time. Definitely worth the hour in the car, the mess and the slightly later bedtime.
