Once again, I'm at a loss for words on how to describe our two weeks out east. Best trip ever? Perfection? Over too soon? All of the above. We had the best time. I miss the humidity. I miss swimming every day. I miss being with everyone. I miss showering outside everyday (Seriously, nothing beats the outside showers under every beach house on Sunset Beach). Quinn would ask us every night while we were getting him and Max ready for bed, "We not go home, right? We stay here." It made me want to bawl every time. But, it's always good to get back into the swing of things (right?). Vacation is important, and so is every day life. It can't always be a party. But it sure was fun.

Here are some shots of our trip. I didn't take many pictures since every time I took the lense off the camera it would fog up. Sweet, delicious humidity. But I'm sure the family will be sharing pictures soon. When I get them I'll post them.

Finding some lovely dresses with my sisters. The best part about this picture is when this lady was asking us where we were going to wear these beautiful dresses and my mom said, "It might be hard for them to get away. They've got 12 kids between the 3 of them."

That kind of puts things in perspective. Wouldn't you agree?

I tried teaching Juli the art of making ugly faces.

What can I say? She's a rookie. Ugly just doesn't come naturally to her.

I, on the other hand, have a gift.

And Max has perfected the art of being cute.
